According to ESPN NFL’s Adam Caplan, former Dolphins coach David Krein will be the new strength and conditioning coach for the Indianapolis Colts:

Krein just completed his 5th season as the Miami Dolphins strength and conditioning coach (2011-15). Krein has won the title of NFL Strength Coach of the Year previously.
Before joining the Dolphins, Krein was a member of the Seattle Seahawks strength and conditioning coaching staff (1997-98 and 2001-09).
