INDIANAPOLIS -- Chuck Pagano is on his way out as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, and Ryan Grigson has a good chance of staying on as general manager.
The Pagano news isn't surprising. The Grigson news is somewhat surprising, because he and Pagano came in together in 2012.
