If Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard adds another quarterback to Indy's roster, one draft expert doesn't think it will be via a top pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
On a conference call with reporters Friday, NFL Draft analyst Daniel Jeremiah said the Colts should use their extensive draft capital — three picks in the top 50 selections — to supplement the offense with playmakers.
"I would start by signing Philip Rivers, and I would try and make a run at this thing for the next couple of years because I think they're pretty close," Jeremiah said when asked what Ballard should at the quarterback position during the draft.
