INDIANAPOLIS -- At some point, maybe 10-15 years from now when he’s enjoying retirement, Indianapolis Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson knows he can dial Chuck Pagano’s number and his coach will pick up the phone.
“Whatever favor I need, whatever favor he needs I’m here for him and you can’t say that for a lot of coaches,” Jackson said. “He’s one guy who practices what he preaches. He’s about faith, family and football. He’s one of the finest men I know along with being a football coach.”
Reasons like that are why so many of Pagano’s players wanted the Colts to give him a contract extension.
