The Indianapolis Colts announced Wednesday morning that cornerback T.J. Carrie, defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad and cornerback Xavier Rhodes have been played on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
The Reserve/COVID-19 list is for players who either tested positive for COVID-19 or are quarantining due to close contact with someone who tested positive. Players need two consecutive negative tests 24 hours apart before they can return. Coach Frank Reich and another non-player in the organization have also tested positive, according to general manager Chris Ballard, as the team begins preseason practice Wednesday at Grand Park.
Under the NFL’s rules, the vaccine is required for all Tier 1 and 2 staff, unless a person has a valid religious or medical reason for deciding not to get it.
