According to NFL.com’s Albert Breer, the Indianapolis Colts have waived former 2013 first round pick Bjoern Werner:

The 4th-year outside linebacker out of Florida State was originally drafted by the Colts to bolster their pass rush, but was largely ineffective–recording just 6.5 total sacks in 3 NFL seasons.
The Colts envisioned Werner becoming Chuck Pagano‘s defense’s version of pass rusher Paul Kruger, one of his former Baltimore Ravens standouts.
