The Colts’ wide receiver depth chart is pretty thin right now, but they still have one of the best playmakers in the league in T.Y. Hilton.
Hilton is looking to get even better this offseason as he told the Indianapolis Star’s Zak Keefer that he’s cutting fast food out of his diet to enter the 2018 season in the “best shape of his life.”
The Colts added a legendary new director of sports performance to the staff in Rusty Jones. Jones has worked in the NFL for nearly 30 years, and he’s won multiple awards during his career including the NFL’s strength and conditioning Lifetime Achievement award and the National Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year.
