WESTFIELD, IN — Practices seven and eight at Grand Park were blistering affairs as the 90+ degree days resulted in a sluggish Sunday for the offense. Monday’s practice saw a slight rebound from the offense while the defense landed multiple (much-needed) takeaways from its young safeties.
Here are my notes from both Sunday and Monday, the Colts’ 7th and 8th practices of training camp:
- QB1 — Anthony Richardson’s Sunday was likely his ‘worst’ practice of camp thus far, though it was an all-around down performance from the starting offense. That however is to be taken in context with the preceding six practices where Richardson and Co.
