The Indianapolis Colts spent the last four off-seasons bolstering its defensive line through the draft and will present one of the NFL’s premier units in 2024.
In 2020, the Colts traded the third overall pick to the San Francisco 49ers and received defensive tackle DeForest Buckner, who not only blossomed into a five-time team captain, but one of the best interior linemen in the league. Indianapolis’ destructive pass rusher was listed among the five best interior defenders in the AFC, along with Chiefs’ Chris Jones, Jets’ Quinnen Williams, Steelers’ Cameron Heyward, and Titans’ Jeffery Simmons.
