Business was as usual for the Indianapolis Colts on Monday, even though the team has a widely anticipated matchup with the New England Patriots this week on Sunday Night Football.
If the players were supposed to buy into the nationwide hype and noise, the Colts clearly weren’t buying it–having clearly been coached up on talking points regarding their arch-nemesis:
“One, we get up for every game,” said quarterback Andrew Luck Monday. “I think every game is important. This certainly is a big game. It is the next game. It is a very, very good team that is undefeated coming into town, and there certainly is a history between us and them.
