The Indianapolis Colts announced that they’ve signed Olympian Marvin Bracy to a contract on Monday and waived WR Harvey Binford with an injury designation.
Should Bracy pass through waivers unclaimed, he would revert to the team’s injured reserve list on Wednesday.
Bracy, 23, is an American sprinter who competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics and came in third place in the 100 meters. He played college football at Florida State, but left the team in 2013 to pursue a professional career in track.
The Panthers and Cowboys actually worked him out several months ago, but neither signed him to a contract.
