INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Colts took a low-risk, high-reward flyer when they signed former Atlanta Falcons cornerback Jalen Collins to their practice squad on Thursday.
Collins, who was selected by the Falcons in the second round of the 2015 draft, has already been suspended four times for violating the NFL's drug policies of performance enhancing drugs and substance abuse. The Falcons waived Collins in November 2017 after he served his first 10-game suspension. He recently completed his second 10-day suspension.
"I really don't have a lot of chances and I've learned from my experiences," Collins said Thursday.
