The Indianapolis Colts announced on Monday that the team also signed former Houston Texans cornerback Charles James to a contract following a recent workout with the team.
It’s worth noting that the team had an open roster spot on their 53-man active roster after a handful of other roster moves Monday.
Originally signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent out of Charleston Southern in 2013, the 5’9″, 185 pound cornerback has also spent time with the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans (twice) before joining the Colts–having been released by Houston in early December of this season.
