The Colts have signed running back Ahmad Bradshaw for his third stint with the team.
Bradshaw, who finished the last two seasons on the Colts' injured reserve, signed a one-year deal after working out for the team last week. He'll bolster a running back unit that already features starter Frank Gore -- coming off his best outing as a Colt -- as well as reserves Josh Robinson and Zurlon Tipton.
Third-string running back Tyler Varga hasn't practiced with the team in weeks and remains in the league's concussion protocol.
Bradshaw led all NFL among running backs in touchdown receptions last season (seven) despite missing the final half of the season.
