INDIANAPOLIS — Colts starting free safety Julian Blackmon is on his way back from the torn Achilles that ended his 2021 season.
Blackmon has been working hard, going through workouts with Indianapolis trainers.
The Colts’ coaching staff likes what it see so far.
“He looks really good,” Indianapolis head coach Frank Reich said. “When we’re out there working out, I see him over there, they’re working him out physically, and he looks strong, he looks good.”
When Blackmon is fully healthy, he’s the Colts starting free safety, a player the Colts have long been excited about seeing over the course of a full season.
