INDIANAPOLIS — The turnover on Frank Reich’s coaching staff continues, this time with the Colts sending a legend off into the sunset.
Indianapolis running backs coach Tom Rathman announced his retirement Thursday, hanging up his cleats after 31 years in the NFL as a player and coach, a career that put him on some of the NFL’s best teams.
Rathman, 58, had been on Reich’s staff since the Colts head coach was hired in 2018.
“It was an honor to represent the NFL for more than 30 years as a coach and player,” Rathman said in a statement.
