Indianapolis Colts rookie receiver Deon Cain tore an ACL on Thursday night against the Seattle Seahawks and will miss the season, coach Frank Reich said.
Cain, taken in the sixth round of the draft at No. 185 overall out of Clemson, had been a standout in training camp and was expected to compete for a starting slot.
It was a blow to the Colts receiving corps, thin behind No. 1 wideout T.Y. Hilton.
