Indianapolis Colts receiver Reece Fountain went down with an apparent left leg injury during Thursday's practice against the Cleveland Browns at Westfield's Grand Park.
Colts coach Frank Reich and teammates surrounded Fountain as he lay on the field for several minutes before he was taken off the field on a cart.
NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported that Fountain suffered a fractured and dislocated ankle, and that surgery was likely.
This story will be updated.
