INDIANAPOLIS — Chris Ballard isn’t wasting any time with the players he wants to bring back to the Colts.
One day after officially signing kicker Adam Vinatieri, the Indianapolis GM locked up the only member of the starting offensive line who wasn’t under contract by signing right guard Mark Glowinski to a three-year, $18-million extension.
Glowinski, a waiver claim at the end of the 2017 season, took over the starting role when Matt Slauson went down with a season-ending injury and fit perfectly next to rookie right tackle Braden Smith, bringing a physical presence and a nasty demeanor to the position.
