The Indianapolis Colts announced that they’ve re-signed DB Darius Butler to a one-year contract.
- According to Adam Schefter, Butler’s contract with the Colts is a one-year deal worth $3 million that can increase to $4.5 million by reaching incentives.
- Schefter adds that Butler will move to safety next year.
Butler, 30, is a former second-round pick of the Patriots back in 2009. He spent the first two years of his career in New England before he was waived and later claimed by the Panthers at the start of the 2011 season.
