Morocco Brown is moving up in the Colts' front office hierarchy.
Indianapolis has promoted Brown to chief personnel executive as part of a number of shifts to the structure of the front office. Brown spent the past five years as the team's director of college scouting, playing a hand in selecting cornerstone players such as Jonathan Taylor, Quenton Nelson, Darius Leonard and Michael Pittman Jr. He has worked in scouting since 2001 with the Bears, and he has now spent 12 years working under general manager Chris Ballard.
The promotion comes just one month after the Eagles interviewed Brown for an executive role in their front office.
