INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Colts will be without starting safety Mike Adams for Sunday’s game at Atlanta, coach Chuck Pagano announced Friday.
Pagano’s announcement isn’t surprising because Adams hasn't practiced since suffering his ankle injury against Denver on Nov. 8. Adams is tied for the NFL lead in interceptions with five this season.
Colt Anderson is the front-runner to start at safety in place of the injured Adams, but Pagano said it’ll be “all hands on deck,” which means rookie Clayton Geathers will also likely get snaps at the position.
