According to head coach Chuck Pagano, Indianapolis Colts starting safety Mike Adams is expected to be able to play for this week’s Monday Night Football matchup against the Carolina Panthers. When asked whether Adams would be back for the primetime game, Pagano responded, “He’ll play.”
While Adams–who’s nursing a hamstring injury, missed Wednesday’s practice, it’s expected that he’ll be able to practice on Thursday:
“He did not go today,” replied Pagano on Adams. “He’ll be back out there tomorrow.”
It’s a huge boost for the Colts defense, as Adams really helps to solidify the back of their secondary.
