Colts on the Roster Bubble: Ross Travis

General manager Chris Ballard, formerly of the Kansas City Chiefs organization, brought plenty of former Chiefs to Indianapolis last season including tight end Ross Travis.

Travis was waived by Kansas City in late November last year, and the Colts immediately scooped him up for the final four games of the season.

He caught two passes on five targets over those four games for 33 yards receiving. He caught five passes on 12 targets for 43 yards in 11 games for Kansas City before getting waived.

Travis is a former college basketball player from his time at Penn State and is just getting used to playing football again after taking eight years off from the sport following his freshman year of high school.
