Colts offseason program begins April 18, OTAs on May 16

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Colts announced the dates of their offseason workout programs late last week.

Phase One, which limits activities to strength and conditioning and rehab for two weeks, begins April 18.

Phase Two is three weeks where there are on-field workouts. Live contact or team offense vs. defense drills are not permitted.

Phase Three will be the final four weeks where the Colts will have 10 OTA sessions. Teams can have 7-on-7, 9-on-9 and 11-on-11 drills but live contact is still not permitted.

April 18: First week of offseason workouts

April 26: Second week of offseason workouts

April 28-30: NFL draft

May 3: Third week of offseason workouts

May 6-8: Rookie minicamp

May 10: Fourth week of offseason workouts

May 16: First week of OTAs

May 23: Second week of OTAs

May 30: Third week of OTAs

June 7-9: Veteran minicamp
