Injured defensive end Henry Anderson was his first lifeline, but he wasn't particularly interested in helping. Basham then turned to offensive lineman Le'Raven Clark, who simply shook his head.
The query in need of so much attention -- Is a tomato a fruit or a vegetable?
A reporter offered an alternative.
"It's a pepper," he said.
Basham put his hands to the side of his head and made a gesture suggesting his mind had just been blown.
