Colts News: Vintage Andrew Luck pulls the Colts back from embarrassment against Patriots

They were as decimated by injuries as they’ve been in a decade, trying to win in a stadium they haven’t in 12 years, limping into the house of the longtime league bullies without much of a puncher’s chance.

They’re both physical and mental for the young Colts, who played without 12 starters Thursday night at New England. Indianapolis (1-4) lost its third straight game, 38-24, to the Patriots (3-2), and once again missed opportunities in the second half were a major factor. But there’s no blame being tossed around in the locker room. Instead of fracturing under the frustration, the losing streak seems to be pulling the team closer together.
