General manager Chris Ballard signed Sean Spence this offseason to add some experience to a very young corps of linebackers. Spence had been in the league since 2012, and played in 46 games before joining the Colts.
Spence was one of the players who just missed the cut for the 53-man regular season roster, but injuries to Anthony Walker and Antonio Morrison caused the front office to bring him back in.
Spence‘s second stint as a Colt lasted about as long as his first one as he was released today to open up a roster spot for a bigger of position of need.
