INDIANAPOLIS -- The Colts' injury problem has been one of the biggest storylines for them so far in this young season.
Another area of concern has been the underwhelming performance by some of their veteran players. They're the same players the Colts need to be consistent contributors.
Receiver T.Y. Hilton and linebackers Robert Mathis and D'Qwell Jackson are all past Pro Bowlers. Injuries are still piling up for the Colts, and one way to soften the blow is to have key players carry an even bigger load than normal.
