INDIANAPOLIS – After Chuck Pagano’s long injury list on Monday, you knew some roster moves were coming Tuesday.
They came in the form of linebacker Amarlo Herrera and cornerback Jalil Brown coming back to the 53-man roster.
To make room for those two, linebacker Nate Irving (wrist) went on injured reserve and the team waived cornerback Jalil Brown.
Herrera, the team’s sixth-round pick in 2015, has spent one week on the active roster this season and was on the team’s practice squad. His need comes from Irving’s wrist injury against Pittsburgh and Jerrell Freeman still week-to-week with a hamstring injury.
