Injuries are always tough. No matter who you are or what position you play, injuries are hard to deal with. It’s especially hard if you’re a rookie. Getting hurt early is a big blow to the start of your career. Unfortunately, that is a reality rookie Javon Patterson has to face.
The Colts’ rookie center tore his ACL today during OTA’s. He will be out for the entire year before his season even begins. Because of that, the Colts now have less depth at the center position. Losing Patterson means someone will have to play out of position.
