The Indianapolis Colts released their list of inactive players ahead of the Week 2 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. Among those inactive include wide receiver Josh Downs, safety Julian Blackmon, defensive end Genard Avery, guard Tanor Bortolini, quarterback Sam Ehlinger, tackle Blake Freeland and tight end Will Mallory.
