The Colts are leaning on some youth at the linebacker position this season. Antonio Morrison and Anthony Walker Jr. are two of the top three players in Indianapolis’ linebacker rotation, and they had a combined one year of NFL experience between them heading into this season.
Morrison is listed with a groin injury on the Colts’ injury report, and he did not participate in Wednesday’s practice. Walker joined Morrison on the sidelines at practice with a hamstring injury. Indianapolis Star reporter Zak Keefer lists them both as “day-to-day” with those injuries, and their status for Sunday’s game against the Cardinals is in question.
