INDIANAPOLIS — A familiar face from the Colts’ Super Bowl team is coming back to Indianapolis as a part of Frank Reich’s coaching staff.
The Colts have hired Cato June to be the team’s assistant linebackers coach, sources confirmed to IndyStar on Tuesday night, completing a coaching rise that began in the high school ranks.
June, 42, spent the first four years of his seven-year career in Indianapolis, made a Pro Bowl in 2005 and led the team in tackles during its run to the Super Bowl in 2006.
Then he embarked on a coaching career that began with a season as the defensive coordinator at Anacostia High in Washington, D.
