INDIANAPOLIS — After addressing defense with their first two picks of the 2019 draft, the Colts used their third pick on a versatile toy for Frank Reich's offense.
Indianapolis drafted Ohio State wide receiver Parris Campbell, one of the fastest players in the entire draft, with the No. 59 pick, the Colts' third second-round pick of the day.
Campbell ran the 40 in 4.31 seconds at the draft, and at Ohio State he was kind of the versatile, multipurpose weapon that Reich can use in a variety of different ways.
