Colts grab Temple cornerback Rock Ya-Sin with No. 34 pick in second round

INDIANAPOLIS — The Colts are on the board.

After widespread speculation throughout the day that general manager Chris Ballard would trade down again with the second pick of the second round, Indianapolis bucked the conventional wisdom.

The first Indianapolis pick of the 2019 draft is Temple cornerback Rock Ya-Sin, a physical, aggressive player who was widely projected as a first-rounder.
