INDIANAPOLIS -- Ryan Grigson's résumé as general manager of the Indianapolis Colts has been a rousing success during his first four seasons. But Grigson's offseason moves have been mixed. Quarterback Andrew Luck masked a lot of those problems before he was injured for most of 2015, which played a significant part in the Colts missing the playoffs for the first time since 2011.
