INDIANAPOLIS -- A process that started months ago and included flying around the country to see potential draft prospects will take another step this week when Indianapolis becomes the center of the NFL with the kickoff of the annual scouting combine.
In what will be the Indianapolis Colts' biggest offseason since the arrival of Andrew Luck in 2012, general manager Chris Ballard and his No. 3 overall pick will be a topic of discussion during the combine. The combine will be followed by free agency before the three-day NFL draft starts on April 26.
