Indianapolis Star
INDIANAPOLIS — Five times in the last seven games, the Colts defense has tripped out of the gate and stumbled around trying to find its footing, putting the rest of the team in a hole.
In those five games — against the Browns, Bengals, Titans, Packers and Titans again — Indianapolis has given up 124 combined points in the first half, a disturbing trend that has peaked the last two weeks with 28 points for Green Bay and 35 for Tennessee, tied for the most an Indianapolis defense has ever given up in the first half.
