INDIANAPOLIS -- What a weird offseason for Rock Ya-Sin. In one way, you could see the Indianapolis Colts’ decision not to make any significant additions to the cornerback room as a vote of confidence for the 2019 second-round pick. The man making those decisions, general manager Chris Ballard, has continuously preached patience to the Colts fanbase when it comes to Ya-Sin, believing that the Temple product's inner drive and mental toughness will lead to better days.
And yet ...
Team owner Jim Irsay made it pretty clear the organization hasn’t been terribly impressed with Ya-Sin’s development.
