INDIANAPOLIS – When the Colts made their roster moves on Saturday afternoon, you had to figure finding a defensive linemen was going to be a priority on the upcoming waiver wire.
The Colts claimed a pair of trench-players on Sunday, adding defensive tackle T.Y. McGill and offensive guard Robert Myers to their 53-man roster.
To make room for McGill and Myers, the Colts waived-injured Boom Herron and also waived rookie sixth-round pick Amarlo Herrera.
The Herron news is a definite loss after the Colts backup running back suffered a shoulder injury in the preseason finale.
