WESTFIELD — The Colts have added a running back with some potential, filling the void left by Spencer Ware.
Indianapolis claimed former third-round pick D’Onta Foreman off of waivers from the Houston Texans on Monday, waiving fellow running back Keith Ford in the process.
Foreman, a 6-foot, 236-pound bruiser who showed enough potential at Texas to be selected on the second day of the 2017 draft, has struggled to stay healthy in his first two seasons in the NFL, and the Texans released him due to issues with his maturity and work ethic, according to the Houston Chronicle.
