INDIANAPOLIS — There should be nerves.
Nothing Evan Boehm is being asked to do this week is easy. Boehm has spent a little more than a month with the Colts, his third team already this season, and on Sunday, he has to assume the leadership and the signal-calling for an offensive line that hasn’t given up a sack since before he arrived.
The man he’s replacing, Ryan Kelly, was playing so well that Indianapolis offensive line coach Dave DeGuglielmo called him the best center in the NFL. Boehm, meanwhile, will be making his first start at center in three years, going back to his senior season at Missouri.
