This weekend may just be one of the most memorable for the future of Indianapolis Colts’ fans. Their favorite quarterback, one of the best to ever play the game — Peyton Manning — will be having a statue of himself unveiled and his jersey retired in a little more than a 24-hour period.
One thing that isn’t often spoken about, or even made widely aware, is his relationships with his backup quarterbacks. Most notably Brock Huard, Jim Sorgi and Curtis Painter have been not only friends with Manning since their times together with the Colts — and have all remained in close contact — but now have a relationship with each other.
