As the Indianapolis Colts final preseason game of 2019 looms closer, the team’s roster is beginning to get a little bit of clarity. Most of the positions largely are clear in who the starters will be, and immediate backups appear to be set as well.
Where the questions come in to play, each and every year, is who will be primarily a special teamer? Who has done enough to make this roster without a heavy special teams presence? And, which position can pull that extra player as a result of the first two questions.
