WESTFIELD — Three weeks and a preseason game into training camp, the Colts are still looking for a front-runner as the team’s third offensive tackle, a spot that might be a starter for the first couple of games if veteran left tackle Eric Fisher isn’t able to return from the torn Achilles tendon he suffered in January.
Fisher has been working off to the side during and after Colts practices, firing out of a stance and doing agility drills under the watchful eye of Colts trainers.
Indianapolis has rotated veterans Julién Davenport, Will Holden and Sam Tevi at the position with Fisher out.
