INDIANAPOLIS — The Colts are bringing back veteran cornerback T.J. Carrie, a source with knowledge of the deal told IndyStar on Saturday.
Terms of Carrie’s deal were not initially disclosed.
Brought in to Indianapolis in part to give the Colts a capable backup for Kenny Moore in the slot, Carrie ended up surprising as a versatile weapon both inside and outside.
Carrie, who’d been released by the Browns, ended up playing 396 snaps on defense, made 32 tackles, broke up eight passes and picked off two, including an interception he returned 47 yards for a touchdown.
