INDIANAPOLIS — The Colts are still committed to finding out whether or not Jacoby Brissett can be a long-term starter in the NFL, but that has not been determined yet, Colts general manager Chris Ballard said in his postseason wrap-up on Tuesday.
For the moment, Brissett is the Colts' starting quarterback, but Ballard would not say definitively that he would be the starting quarterback next season, saying that at this time last year, he thought Andrew Luck would be the starter.
