Coming off a year of record-setting season ticket renewals, the Indianapolis Colts are expecting a small drop for the upcoming 2020 season.
Following a 7-9 season that ended with a second-half swoon (2-7), Colts Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Roger VanDerSnick said the team was trending toward a renewal rate in the low 90 percent versus a franchise-record in the mid-90s entering last season.
While a decline in renewals isn’t ideal, VanDerSnick said, it also wasn’t unexpected. Heading into 2019, the Colts were coming off a 9-1 surge into the postseason, along with a pair of playoff games.
