INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Colts are proud to announce Brooke Moreland-Williams, the 21st Century Scholarship Coordinator at Indiana University — Purdue University Indianapolis, as a 2016 honoree of the Colts Anthem Angels program, presented by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Moreland-Williams will be recognized at the Colts home game this Sunday, November 20, 2016.
“Compassionate, positive, self-less and dedicated” were just a few of the words used to describe Brooke Moreland-Williams. A young woman, once homeless who worked hard to beat the odds, has dedicated her life to giving back to the community through higher education.
